Empowerment Campaign 2024

At The Victory Advantage, co-founders Ray and Renee are driven by personal experiences with disabilities—Ray’s brother, Davie, had Down syndrome, which shaped their passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is clear: to provide hope, opportunity, and the tools necessary for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities to thrive. Through financial assistance and vital resources, we empower people to live independently and break through barriers in housing, education, employment, and transportation.

As we look toward the future, our vision is bold and full of promise—a world where individuals with disabilities not only live beyond limitations but become confident, independent contributors in their communities.

From October through December, we are launching our Empowerment Campaign, a vital initiative to raise awareness and funds for The Victory Advantage. We are excited to announce the awarding of seed grant money to the Autism Society, in recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month in October and National Disability Day (October 3, 2024). These funds will support employment training programs that create opportunities for individuals with autism, empowering them toward independence and success.

By supporting this campaign, you are helping us continue to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve independence, dignity, and success. Your participation will help turn our vision into reality—join us in creating a world where everyone is empowered to live beyond limitations.

This year’s Empowerment Campaign will raise awareness and funds by focusing on a few key initiatives:
  • Down Syndrome Awareness Month
  • National Disability Awareness Month
  • National Scholarship Month
  • Entrepreneurial Awareness Month
  • Giving Tuesday
  • International Day of Persons with Disabilities
