The Victory Advantage provides grants for individuals living in Union County, NC, or within a 60-mile radius of Charlotte, NC. This service area includes qualifying communities in both NC and SC. If you are applying on someone’s behalf, eligibility is based on the location of the person receiving assistance. We verify locations as part of our grant review.
