Grant Funding Opportunities for Individuals
and Certified Non-Profits
The Victory Advantage offers financial assistance to qualifying applicants with cognitive and/or physical limitations to live independently with dignity. Examples of potential financial needs are listed below:
Independent Living Assistance
- Support for securing housing opportunities such as rental assistance and deposits, etc.
- Construction needs in a private home to accommodate ADA requirements needed for independent living.
- Wheelchair or other mobility equipment.
Transportation Assistance
- Transportation services and/or assistance to fund transportation needs.
- Equipment for adapting your vehicle to become more mobile
Education/Employment Assistance
- Funding toward community college or university courses.
- Funding towards specialized training for advancing career.
- Employment support and access opportunities.
- Financial literacy or independent living education and mentoring.
Start-up Business Assistance
- Resource capital for computer/laptop, equipment, website, or supplies to start a business.

Capital Campaign (2025)
Our Capital Campaign will help us design and construct a housing community made attainable for individuals who are 21 years and older with cognitive and/or physical disabilities or limitations to achieve living independently.
- Don’t need full-time caregiver.
- May be financially strapped due to high medical care requirements.
- Been in a family unit with caregiver and want to be more independent.
- Ability to work either part or full time.
- Seeking next step housing.
